        Personalize the app! Configure the screens within FieldBuddy Swift to fully align with your service process. Based on specific criteria, different work order layouts can be assigned. For example, based on different types of work or installations, other work order statuses, validation rules, or additional fields and information. This way, the system adapts to each job.
        Complete the work order with a digital signature. The customer provides a digital signature, thereby approving the completed work. Afterward, a customized work order PDF is automatically sent to the customer via email.
        Make your forms dynamic! Set up certain fields of a form to be displayed only when specific criteria are met. This way, the service personnel always have the appropriate checklist for the specific task. You can then use this smart checklist to compile a customer dossier.
