In order to use our software optimally we ask you to fill out our intake form. This information will be used to create the basic layout of your FieldBuddy environment.
During the kick off you will meet the project team and we will discuss the intake form, the project's approach and the planning for the coming weeks.
We work according to an agile approach. The fuctionalities are delivered in a few short iterations (sprints). Every sprint has its own theme and a set lead time of two weeks.
At the end of every sprint we demonstrate the latest functionalities. The feedback that you provide us with will be take into account in the next sprint.
After everything is delivered according to your wishes, you go live! You are now transferred from the project to the support team.
