IT scale up strives to professionalize and grow further

Amsterdam, October 4th 2017

Solid Finance Ventures  has invested in the Amsterdam-based software company FieldBuddy. FieldBuddy developed a Salesforce based field service software solution that supports companies with innovating their service processes by making them smarter and more efficient. FieldBuddy started in 2013. Over the past four years they have created a significant client base, in and outside of the Netherlands. The IT scale up will use this investment to grow even more, by focusing on product development, marketing and sales.

Besides SME customers FieldBuddy also supports large enterprises as Feenstra (Nuon) and Fudura (Enexis). FieldBuddy supports customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and the United States. David Bego, investment partner of Solid Finance Ventures: “We invested in FieldBuddy because we believe in the product and because they are smart and driven entrepreneurs. We see unlimited possibilities for growth, and a large market that can profit from their software solution.”

Hans Nieuwenhuis, CEO of FieldBuddy: “This investment insures that we can keep improving and developing FieldBuddy and focus on our marketing and sales activities. In addition we can expand our personnel to service new clients.”

FieldBuddy is a product of IT consultancy company Intigris and an official Salesforce partner since 2010. As a result of the continuous growing of the company, FieldBuddy has relocated in a brand new office. From August the 18th they can be found at the Kraanspoor building on the NDSM terrain in Amsterdam.
