Smartphone app
We are always thinking of ways to improve our mobile app. A new version of FieldBuddy Swift is now available. With FieldBuddy Swift technicians can consult our software on their smartphone as well as on their tablet. The app is available for iOS and Android. Work order with multiple installations
The location-based work order is useful for clients who manage multiple installations in a building or on a large site. All those installations are now easily shown on one work order. This makes the planning and execution of work and maintenance on installations much clearer and more efficient!
Sms integration
The SMS integration prevents customers from forgetting their appointments by allowing you to send them a text message at specific times in the service process. For example, for the appointment confirmation, a reminder of the service appointment and when the mechanic is on his way. Other moments can be added within FieldBuddy.
New extended checklists in FieldBuddy Swift
Checklists have always been part of our solution, but now this functionality has been extended considerably. Users of the mobile app can now quickly execute checklists that can consist of multiple pages and sections, comments can be given per checklist item and the office staff no longer have to search for the reason why a device is rejected.
Map view in the FieldBuddy Dispatch Panel
In the FieldBuddy Dispatch Panel, the planned and unplanned work orders can be viewed on a map. This allows you, as a planner, to quickly see whether there are any work orders in the vicinity of other appointments. You can configure which information is shown on the map.
Related Work Orders
A new version of Related Work Orders has been introduced in our FieldBuddy Swift mobile application. This version is immediately available to all our FieldBuddy Swift customers. In this new version of Related Work Orders, the user can view work orders related to the Installation, Service Request or Location. And that applies to both Work orders in the past and in the future.
So you want to see what colleagues have done in the past? No problem! The work order is fully accessible.
Time regristration in FieldBuddy Swift
A completely new module has been introduced in our FieldBuddy Swift mobile application. This module is immediately available to all our FieldBuddy Swift customers. It allows users to register time that is related to the work order, but also time that is not related to a work order. For example, lunch or training. There is a day overview to see if the mechanic has forgotten something. Very handy if FieldBuddy is linked to the payroll administration!
Online pages
It is now possible to add online pages to our FieldBuddy Swift mobile application. These can be pages from the FieldBuddy Service Centre or from third parties. This is handy in the field, for example, to view the plan container and to allocate work orders yourself. Or to initiate a payment app.
