When you signed the contract the lead time is 1 to 2 months.

What is included in my subscription?

A FieldBuddy subscription provides you access to the Service Centre, the Dispatch Panel, FieldBuddy Mobile and FieldBuddy Connect. In addition, you have our support team at your disposal on workdays.

What integration options are there?

FieldBuddy seamlessly integrations with all your existing back office systems, administrative systems and ERP systems.

What are the start up costs?

The startup costs depend on your situation and your wishes. They start at 3500 euro.

Do I need to purchase any hardware?

Yes. You can decide which device your employees use. FieldBuddy runs on iOS, Windows and Android.

How secure is FieldBuddy?

Communication between FieldBuddy Mobile and the FieldBuddy Service Center takes place through a secure connection. The FieldBuddy Service Center is an cloud application, build on the Force.com platform. This platform is well-secured and uses, amongst other security measures, two-step verification.

Where is my data stored?

We use European server parks in the United Kingdom, France and Germany.

Can I request a free trail?
